Orders process within 2 business days of purchase. Standard delivery takes 4–8 business days from dispatch to primary destinations (US, UK, EU, Canada, Australia, NZ). Express shipping is available for faster delivery. Timeframes exclude weekends and holidays.

Contact support to initiate returns; unapproved returns are rejected. Custom orders, sale items, and gift cards are non-returnable. Customers cover return shipping except for defective items.
