How do I track my order?

Every order is shipped with a tracking number. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking details. You can access the Track your order page with your order number and email. Contact support at contact@majestiquebrand.com if tracking info doesn't arrive within 2 business days.

How long does shipping take?

Orders process within 2 business days of purchase. Standard delivery takes 4–8 business days from dispatch to primary destinations (US, UK, EU, Canada, Australia, NZ). Express shipping is available for faster delivery. Timeframes exclude weekends and holidays.

Do you ship to my country?

We ship to the United States, United Kingdom, European Union, Canada, Australia and New Zealand. Shipping is complimentary with no minimum purchase. Import duties and taxes are pre-included in checkout totals. Contact support before ordering if your location isn't listed.

What payment methods are available?

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) plus additional secure payment methods at checkout. All transactions use SSL-encrypted connection for financial protection.

Is it possible to change my shipping address?

Address modifications must occur before your order is dispatched. Since processing takes 2 business days, contact support immediately at contact@majestiquebrand.com with your order number. Post-shipment redirects aren't possible.

What are the return rules?

We offer a 30-day return policy from delivery date. Items must be unworn, unused, with all original tags attached and in their original packaging. Contact support to initiate returns; unapproved returns are rejected. Custom orders, sale items, and gift cards are non-returnable. Customers cover return shipping except for defective items.
