Every order is shipped with a tracking number. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking details. Orders process within 2 business days of purchase. Standard delivery takes 4–8 business days from dispatch to primary destinations (US, UK, EU, Canada, Australia, NZ). Express shipping is available for faster delivery. Timeframes exclude weekends and holidays.

We ship to the United States, United Kingdom, European Union, Canada, Australia and New Zealand. Shipping is complimentary with no minimum purchase. Import duties and taxes are pre-included in checkout totals. Contact support before ordering if your location isn't listed.

Address modifications must occur before your order is dispatched. Since processing takes 2 business days, contact support immediately at contact@majestiquebrand.com with your order number. Post-shipment redirects aren't possible.

We offer a 30-day return policy from delivery date. Items must be unworn, unused, with all original tags attached and in their original packaging. Contact support to initiate returns; unapproved returns are rejected. Custom orders, sale items, and gift cards are non-returnable. Customers cover return shipping except for defective items.
